FAQS

  • Who will ship them, pay for shipping?

For in-warranty cases, Yarbo will cover all shipping costs (both ways). All repair orders and monthly unit counts will be tracked in the system. Orders assigned by Yarbo will only be in-warranty. For out-of-warranty cases sourced locally, dealers can charge customers directly for parts and labor.

  • Will there be parts available before we start working on a unit?

Once the cooperation is confirmed, we will prepare parts inventory in advance.

A parts list (Excel) will be shared with you for visibility.

  • How is standard repair working time defined?

All repair procedures and service time guidelines follow unified official SOP, developed by our professional engineering team to ensure consistent service quality and streamlined workflows for all partners.

  • What is the core job scope of authorized repair partners?

Our authorized service partners primarily focus on professional device repair and after-sales support. After maintenance, products will be returned to end users accordingly, forming a clear, efficient and standardized service closed-loop.
